I have self harm scars on my left arm and wrist. I was wondering what I should wear in the summer for when it gets too hot becsuse I want to hide my scars. But at the same time I don't want people to keep asking me if I am hot wearing long sleeves. I am just looking for a summer style that can hide my scars. I don't know. Sorry my english is bad.

Hi, anon. First off, I can only answer you in consideration of the following: 1) Have you self-harmed in the past and now completely stopped but have scars that you wish to hide? or 2) Are you still harming yourself and you’re simultaneously trying to hide it? I do not want to advocate self-harm or abuse so I will not answer without knowing that. Are you hiding the scars so no one can tell you’re self-harming and you can continue, or are you hiding the scars because it reminds you of a past you have overcome? It does make a difference for me to know this. I feel like I could approach this in a thousand ways and I’m sure some people would argue that I should just give a straight answer because I’m a fashion blog and it’s none of my business, but I’m aware and I care of how the question has gone beyond that.

I am also not being judgmental whatsoever of what you choose to do, but if you are struggling and need to discuss anything, I would appreciate it if you sent me a personal message.
